Strange one - every time my Plex server reboots, no local client can access the server. I have to reinstall the server to get it to work.
Any suggestions?
Sounds like your server might get a new local ip and network discovery could be restricted.
Can you confirm this behavior persists if you configure an IP reservation for the server in your router‘s DHCP settings?
After a reboot, click on the Windows Start button and search for “Plex Media Server”.
Start it, wait a few seconds.
Is the server now available?
If so, go to the task tray icon with the Plex logo on it.
Left-click on it and tick “Automatic start…”
