This is something a bit recent; I have been running Plex on a Windows 11 mini desktop for quite some time now. Recently, after any type of reboot, regardless if it is done by me, Windows update, or a power outage, the computer will boot up, and so will Plex, but even when I try to access the server locally, it won’t load until I uninstall the server and reinstall it.
