Having issues loading Plex Web

Not sure if I’m posting this in the right category but here goes :slight_smile: Since a few days it seems that Plex Web doesnt want to load properly in (various) browsers. I tried Chrome and Edge. First I thought that PMS might be ‘hanging’ but that seems to be up and running fine. After further inspection it looks like a few resources are not loaded in properly. They keep pending, which kinda keeps the ‘loading circle’ in the browser continue on and on. I did a few requests while tailing the PMS log and sure; it gives a nice 200 OK for the files that are served to the browser but I’m a bit lost regarding the ‘pending’ status. I’m not sure if I’m looking at an PMS issue or a Plex Web issue here, so please feel free to move/change this post :slight_smile:

Hi Trumpy, thanks for the quick response. I just tried Firefox as well but I see similar behaviour.
The Logs.zip ended up being 200+Mbs big so instead of attaching I hosted it on some personal space; you can download them from here: STACK

Hi Trumpy,

  • I reset the permissions
  • updated to 1.24.2.4973
  • cleaned up (most of) the logs + changed the LogNumFiles back to 5.

Still no change. But: you mentioned the WAN IP; so I tried to log in to my router and it seems that I’m running into a similar issue there (various requests hang on ‘pending’ when requesting my routers login page). So this does seem to look some local-networking related thing so I’ll try to tackle that first; I’ll report back with my findings.

@trumpy81 I think this topic can be closed. To single out some things I also ran some tests on my Chromebook and from a few other devices. Everything seems to be working fine from those devices, so it seems to be an issue with my ‘main laptop’ that I use. It seems to have issues loading pages served from within my local network. I guess I should’ve tested this first… In any case, thanks for your help!
