I’m having a terrible time using my trial tidal account.
First of all, when I’m playing an album and try to add a song to play after that album, i get an server error message and a popup… Sometimes when i click the retry button it works, most of the time it doesn’t.
Then when i click on the menu while a song is playing to add to my tidal, nothing happens. no error message or anything, but if i click on the ‘my tidal’ button, there is nothing there
Lastly, i tried to log in to my tidal account using the computer app, which i downloaded from the microsoft store, but the password i entered from signup doesn’t work. I’m wondering if anyone knows how to look up what my username is… is it the same as my plex account or is it the email address i used, or something else?
