first i noticed recently added shows and movies weren’t uploading to plex so i tried to rescan the folders a few times then i reclicked the folders hoping it would catch the files not uploading but that didn’t work. i then completely deleted the movie file and tv show file and then re added them each new. that fixed the movies but the same shows that weren’t uploading still aren’t. i also made sure to check file names but all my folders are tidy and correctly named. after doing all this now my library is not not showing up for other profiles on my account and ive been through all the setting trying to figure this out for 3 days.
ive just been reading and learning as i go so i appreciate the help.
