Hi All,

I have been using a HD Homerun device on PMS on a QNAP NAS for some time with no problems. A few weeks ago, after an update it stopped working - PMS could not longer find the HD Homerun. It either cannot find it when scanning, or if I add the IP address manually then it says “there was a problem adding the device:”

I have tried rebooting all devices. I have tried rolling back the version of PMS.

The HD Homerun is on a fixed IP address on my LAN.

I can use the HD Homerun on both the standard Silicondust software and also on another installation of PMS on my PC.

Looking at the logs, I see no mention of a database corruption, it simply seems to say “http://192.168.1.150:80/dms/device.xml (7, Couldn’t connect to server) (Failed to connect to 192.168.1.150 port 80: No route to host)”. This seems odd to me though as I can ping the device and connect to it directly with no problems.

I have updated the firmware on the HD Homerun to the latest version.

Attached is the main PMS log file. (File removed)

Not having this working on the NAS installation is a real pain. I have searched the forums and not come up with a solution which seems to fit my situation.

Help please! Many thanks in advance. If more info needed, please just ask.
