DVR cannot find HDHOMERUN Prime DVR not working

My DVR stopped working recently. I have HDHOMERUN Pime and have been using it for years. The HDHOMERUN Pime app tunes and works fine. When I try to set up DVR it cannot be found and same results when entering ip address. Is the new guide the problem?

I think new guide only affects users in Australia, and I would imagine it would manifest itself by not downloading guide info, not not showing you the device to begin with. As I am pretty sure those Australian users are being encouraged to use other sources for their EPG needs.

I am having same issue. I still show my hdhomerum but nothing is getting synced. I tried to add a new but it can’t find it. The hdhomerum run is working fine. Where else can I look to resolve issue?

I think I am in the same boat. Its like my DVR settings are gone. When I go to Live TV/DVR settings, it shows unable to load DVRs, and finally ends up on the setup DVR page, but will not find my HDHomeRun Prime. The HDHR is working fine on its own and via Apple TV Channels app.

I am having the same exact problem. I think what happened for me is the IP address for my HD Homerun has changed. I am able to add it manually via the IP address, and it does bring in the channels, but on the last step, once you have selected the channels you want for it to download the guide, it just hangs. I actually let it run last night and when I came down 12 hours later, it was still spinning.

I have the same problem. I had HD Homerum Prime setup as a Plex DVR on a QNAP Nas for the longest while and all worked fine. After the latest Plex Server update my DVR setup was gone, with a message “Unable to load DVRs”. The setup dialog will not find the HD Homerun automatically and won’t accept the manually entered IP. I can connect to my HD Homerun under the same IP and though other apps with no problem. Very much looks like a bug in Plex. Anyone have a solution yet? Plex Support?

Same problem here. Plex on my QNAP Nas nor other server can seem to find my HD Homerun tuner… RIGHT AFTER I did the most recent update on both.

After some try and error I uninstalled and re-installed the plex server. Comes that the cost of reconfiguring settings and library but I was able to get the DVR back up
