HD630 HW Acceleration not working

I used to install PMS on my computer (cpu 4790k + NVIDIA 1070ti), but I tried all the ways to use Nvidia GPU to Accelerate the transcoding of 4K HEVC 10bit files.It‘s failed. Now I’ve moved the PMS to my NUC (nuc 8i7hvk), and I hope I can use its HD630 to active HW Acceleration, but it still failed. I read the official documentation that HD 630 supports encode/decode for 4K hevc 10bit, but I don’t understand why my PMS didn’t use it.

I wanna know, can PMS HW Acceleration work with a old version cpu+new nvidia gpu or a newer intel cpu(with hd630 or newer) to handle the 4k HEVC 10bit vedio?
