and now it can’t find the tuner even entering the IP address manually. Is there any file I need to delete from the old tuner first?

Have you tried power cycling your HDHomeRun and then make sure it’s firmware is up to date
Yep, have the latest HDHomerun software per SiliconDust website, power cycled HDHomerun and it the tuner comes in fine on their software.
Same issue here. LiveTV worked last night. Upgraded firmware today and can no longer connect to my hdhomerun prime HDHR3-CC. Tried power cycling everything, same issue. Likely an issue with the latest Plex firmware.
Same issue with HDHomerun. No plex, SiliconDust software works fine. Have restarted everything.
