I have a HDHomeRun Connect Quatro. It is all installed correctly on my Plex Server.
The issue I’m having is when I have a programme set to record and there is a second programme needing to record at the same time, it won’t record the second programme.
I don’t understand why as I have a quad tuner box which will allow up to 4 programmes to be recorded at the same time, but Plex doesn’t seem to allow that. Plex even shows in the DVR settings that its a 4 tuner box.
Have I missed a setting somewhere?

What OS and what version of PMS are you running?
How about a few screen shots: Recording Schedule, Settings | General, Settings | Live TV & DVR.

Thank you for your reply…sorry its been mental at work and havn’t had the chance to reply sooner.
Im running the server from Unraid and has been flawless.
I have been looking into it abit more and what I think it is, it’s not that there is two programs on at the same time but if the program is in two parts, aired on the same day but has a half hour break in between (ie. Coronation Street) It just so happens there is another show then being recorded at the same time as when the second part of the previous show needs to be recorded. So I have seen that Plex is not so good with recording a two part program on the same day as previously stated on another thread, making it look like for me that it wouldn’t record two shows at the same time, but it was actually not putting the second part of the show on the schedule in the first place!
I hope that makes sense?!?
Would you know if this has been sorted with the whole two part show same day thing?
I am running server version 1.12.3.4973 at the moment.

I use this tuner with PLEX on a Netgear ReadyNAS and haven’t observed this behavior. Could this be build/platform specific?

I’m not sure what is going on.
I still can’t seem to record the second part of a program that is on half an hour later.
I have read that there might be an error with the Gracenote data but apparently this has been sorted.
Just alittle confused. Maybe it is to do with my platform being on Unraid.
