How do you expect anyone to help you with an attitude like that?
If your getting US shark tank then that’s what it receiving OTA, it’s not going to pick up something that’s not there, it also wouldn’t be a fault of plex. As for the partial recording, there could be many reasons. Poor network, low server performance, connection issues. Check over your configuration.
Second. I assume you’re referring to the metadata where Shark Tank Australia is being matched with Shark Tank U.S. Go to the show, the three dots at the top and click Fix Match. Then match it with Shark Tank (AU). The Channel 10 EPG refers to Shark Tank AU as just Shark Tank and since the U.S was the first one it will automatically be matched to that.
With your partial recording problem, the EPG that networks provide by default to Freeview (which is the one Plex uses) is terrible. For a couple dollars a month you can sign up to IceTV (which I use) or you can use the built in function that allows you to start the recording earlier than advised on the EPG and have it record after as well. You’ll end up with little bits from the previous show and the show after but you’ll end up with the whole episode that you are looking for.
In the event that Plex DVR fails sometimes, Channel Ten usually do encores on Eleven and One that you can record as well as streaming the full episode on TenPlay for free.
It’s worth noting here that the networks not sticking to their schedule is something that all DVRs in Australia have to contend with. It doesn’t matter what DVR you use, we’re still beholden to the networks sticking to what they advertise.
