I’ve added some HDR videos to my library, but when playing it back on my HDR TV (Philips OLED806) with the Plex Android TV app everything seems a bit dark and the colours look dull/faded. It does not look like HDR at all. When playing the non-HDR versions everything looks 10x better.

When I play the same files through IINA (just got HDR support added) on my MBP it looks really good, but when I play it through Plex HTPC the problem is still there.

I’ve also tried different players on my TV (MX Player, VLC etc.), but I can’t get it working. I’ve also tried every display mode setting available, to no avail.

The TV display a badge when HDR content is playing, so I’m sure that’s not the issue. Plex is also direct playing (not transcoding).
This may not really be a Plex issue, but it is something that has been bothering me al lot and I feel like I’ve tried everything, so I hope some of you can give me some help!
