HDR Won't work after Windows reinstall

Hi,

I reformatted my windows, I am now on 24H2. HDR will not work on my windows plex app. HDR is enabled in windows, drivers are up to date. HDR works fine locally through MPC-HC, I’ve tried reinstalling plex, tried auto HDR on and off, changing all different player settings. No luck.

Plex server wasn’t touched and the content is not the issue as it was working fine yesterday and as I said it displays fine played locally.

Please assist if you can.

To update this. If I have HDR enabled in windows, all media is washed out and obviously using wrong colour settings. HDR content is also washed out. This didnt happen in 23H2 so why now?
