Heart Tracks and Fresh Heart Not Generating

I recently had to re-install my OS, and with it PMS. I was a dummy and didn’t back up my database externally, so I had to re-do everything for Plex, including my music playlists. I had a few downloaded to plexamp on my phone so I was able to recreate them pretty easily.

However it’s been up for a few weeks now and the :orange_heart: Tracks and Fresh :orange_heart: playlists aren’t being created. Is there something I need to do to get those to work? I’ve already gone through my library and rated tracks at 4 or 5 stars, but I still don’t see the playlists.

Hi @TheDetective,

These two playlists are Smart Playlists that Plexamp generates on your behalf (if you choose to) during its initial setup process. You can either create them yourself manually by filtering your library and saving it as a Smart Playlist, or you can sign out and back into Plexamp, and have it do the work for you!

That was it, thank you! I did not remember that being part of the sign in flow for plexamp, but there it was.
