Support camera upload for iOS Live Photos

In the current plex iOS client, iOS Live Photos only have their photo portion uploaded, not the video portion. This makes the iOS camera upload an incomplete solution for backing up photos. From the earlier forum thread ( https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/comment/1419462 ) it looks like I’m not alone in desiring this feature. As a starter, I’d like for the video portion in live photos to get uploaded so I can at least safely delete photos knowing they’ve been uploaded to plex, like your overvie…
