Server Version#: I don’t know
Player Version#: I don’t know
I just logged into my plex account and I don’t see any of the libraries I had previously installed. How do I get them back?
If your Plex server was located at IP address 192.168.0.15, you could start by looking at
http://192.168.0.15:32400/identity
and look for it to say either
claimed="1"
claimed="0"
What did it say about claimed? Also are you able to see your server listed as an authorized device in the web app? A URL like one of these would tell you some things:
https://192.168.0.15:32400/web/index.html#!/settings/devices/pms
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms
Substitute your pms server IP of course for 192.168.0.15 as needed ![]()
If you’d like to read ahead towards relcaiming your server, this website article explains the idea:
but we don’t know if that’s needed yet.
I think I fixed it for now, at least until the next time it decides to do the same thing.
I had the Plex Media Server on my Nvidia Shield and then I installed it on the NAS where my media is stored.
God this software is so finicky.
Thanks.
