so, i hit the last episode in a show (22min total),
+it goes back to the last time i stopped it (~14min).
marking it as unwatched/watched, returns it to
the 14 minute mark. (unwatched does return it to zero.)
also doesn’t matter which client (mac, ios, web)
i try it in either.
obviously, not the end of the world or a deal breaker,
but i’ve learned if i don’t address these, they pile up.
help?
Can you repeat these steps and then get me the logs from the client you are trying from and from PMS?

i imagine i have to
• clear the current logs.
• repeat the problem.
• retrieve the logs.

I’ve seen this happen if you have a paused client somewhere that isn’t showing up in the activity section.
example, you started watching on a phone, paused (but did not X the player window), switched away from plexapp.
then resumed and finished show on tv.
meanwhile since the phone app typically will get suspended and/or terminated while in the background, it doesn’t show up as active stream.
until you reopen plex where the show was paused, close out the player then close out plex, then you can mark show as watched/unwatched as needed.
whether or not this applies to your situation…
