Mapping a driveletter is not an option, because I will lose all my manual changes to names and sorting and I will lose the watched status.
Why do we have to wait weeks for a stupid error like this?
Why not a quick release of an update with only this fix?
We are paying for this.
Edit:
I just received a message about an update, Version 1.20.3.3483.
I installed it immediately and this issue is not solved.
WTF people?
It’s true, I just installed the update and the error persists.
PLEX must respond immediately for this problem, it’s absurd to wait for weeks when they know the problem. We are paying for this… and the soluttion mapping a driveletter,

Looks like the missing “\” has been fixed now in Version 1.20.4.3508
It’s possible to playback media again with .srt subtitles.
Hmm, mine says:
Version 1.20.3.3483 Check for Updates Up to date
Nothing changes when I clock Check for Updates.
Settings → General. Check that server update channel is set to beta.
You can also download at plex.tv/download.
I’m on the beta channel, that might be why.
Why is this solution in a beta?
People are waiting for this…
