2 Weeks after that - I got a letter from them - and they said due to my extreme age - I qualified for a Senior Discount - and they gave me back pay to make up for their mistake. And were very apologetic as well.
They care about my money and like how it arrives each month.
If they’re smart - and they are - they’ll keep doing things that don’t make me want to leave - and that makes me very happy.
When I have occasion to talk with someone there - they don’t have an Indian Accent, but they may have a Native American Accent. The office is 12 miles from here and I’m talking to someone inside that building. That makes me extremely happy. I can’t tell you how much.
When I have occasion to talk with someone there - and report an issue - at least one truck shows up THAT DAY - EXACTLY when they say it will - and the guy even sends me a text message to let me know he’s outside. Well. My Happiness is literally spilling out of me - can ya feel it?
The last time I called with an issue - a repeat - they had the entire Fleet of trucks in the neighborhood, working all day, replacing stuff - god knows what - but when they left - so did the issue. It has not returned.
Yea, it would be a shame to leave these guys - but if they keep doing what they’re doing - I’m not going anywhere.
My Complete and Utter Joy with my ISP - is something to behold.
Too bad everyone’s ISP isn’t as good.
