Check out the bottom of https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200220677-Local-Media-Assets-Movies.
You cannot add extras to TV Shows.

That’s good for adding local asset extras, but there’s this page also for non-local extra content:

Once you set the options, the extras should get pulled upon a Refresh.
Please start small, try first with a few high-profile Hollywood movies and refresh them individually.
Wait a few minutes after pressing Refresh.
you’ll have bother with thumbnails on the local extras if your data is not local or network drive mapped. UNC paths causes a failure in loading a thumbnail. Just an FYI.

I’ve never seen this problem. Is there a thread about it or just a personal observation?

Hi!
Thanks @MovieFan.Plex @OttoKerner @beckfield @Liquidtoon
I will try to change the settings in my smallest library to see… I Really don´t get what @Liquidtoon said but all my data is in local drive. I already create one new library with the instructions links and it works fine. Now i will try to change another library. Let all know asap.
Thank you all
Braz.

I wouldn’t state that in this absoluteness.
Did you use TheMovieDatabase before as your primary agent? If so, you go to
Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMovieDatabase
in there, put a check in front of the line ‘Plex Movie’ (you don’t need to rearrange the order of agents)
Then Refresh one of the movies again.
