Slow motion intermittently on Apple TV

Playback on all streaming devices, Apple TV 4K, has developed an issue where the playback goes slow motion every couple minutes. This happens in Direct Play mode or Transcoding. And does not happen when I play anything directly on my Mac. Have not had an issue before. My internet speed is 300Mbps +.

Any help?
