Help needed with Plex server saying network is too slow

I have been using a very old iMac as my server and recently switched it to a new pc. On my Mac I never had any network issues while watching content but now on the pc server it keeps stopping when I watch high quality content like 4k or some 1080p. Particularly mkv formatted. I’m watching content on an Apple TV 4K and never had issues before. My broadband is over 100mps on both my of and Apple TV. Does anyone have any idea why it’s happening and how I can resolve it
