I am starting to get this message a lot over the last few weeks, I have a powerful Internet connection and Computer, what could be causing this? it only happens on a few TV Shows but not all running AVI, tried downloading MP4 and MKV but still the same, any suggestions to fix this, it is becoming annoying!! I have played these shows a few years back and never had a problem!!
I would appreciate some support from Plex where to start troubling shooting this issue.
My CPU’s, yes I have two of them and are high end so processing is not a issue
256GB of memory also and Graphics card a Nvidia Quadro M6000 24GB
99% of content works fine, so I am thinking it’s file related so I redownloaded the files in another format and still having the same issues!!
I’m not blaming Plex for this…
I think I have fixed the problem by resetting the Apple TV 4.
I will leave the settings for Plex Apple TV 4 alone for awhile and see what happens, could be something to do with automatically skipping Intros and Credits.
