I need help with my app Plex on Android. I downloaded the app via google play store, created an account and everything works great on my cell. I also was abble to add the app on my LG tv and also everything works fine. Recently i tried to add the app on my husband’s phone with my login info but everytime he tries to start a movie an error message appears stating that i need to activate plex and that i can use the mobile app to do so and when i clic on activate it’s like i need to pay for the plex pass and if i clic on not now the movie starts for 30 sec and i’m kick out and resent at the starting menu of the movie. Does anyone know how to fix this probleme so i can watch movie on a new device please
The mobile Plex app is not free.
