HELP! No Server Found yet I can log in????

Been a subscriber for years. 4 months or so ago PLEX stopped working on all devices except local web connections. I’ve been too busy to deal with it till now. Apparently this is a major problem with a lot of people. Is there a fix?

To summarize:

  1. Yes, I’m on the latest server (Windows)
  2. On my TV/Phone/Whatever, I can run the PLEX app and it successfully logs me and even asks for which account do I want and takes the password (so there’s SOME connectivity)
  3. Then, it barfs saying “NO SERVERS FOUND” which is a lie.
  4. HALPS

Seriously? An UPDATE? WHO DOES THOSE?

Ok - Never mind
I’m going to assume all end devices need updates yet those apparently have STOPPED auto-updating. That’s odd as they used to.

Your clients get logged into your plex account, not into your server per se.

I’d first make sure that your server is logged into the same plex account as your client devices.
Otherwise your clients won’t get access to it.
