HELP, not able to load any librarys

Help, my library files suddenly disappeared and now I cannot reinstall them. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the server numerous times but it never gives me the option to re-install a library. The option no longer exists. I had this problem a few years ago and uninstalled and reinstalled it again but that didn’t work this time. anyone able to assist please

There shouldn’t be a need to uninstall/reinstall the server (that rarely improves anything, unless your install got corrupted, e.g. missing some codecs).

If you’re in the process of restarting your server, make sure to complete the setup by accessing your server through its local IP address (e.g. http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if you’re on the same machine or http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web if you’re on a different machine inside your home network).

If you experience files disappearing this is most likely triggered by Plex no longer seeing those files. This can be related to permissions or some paths being changed (e.g. new mounting point, drive letter; macOS occasionally adds an index digit to the volume names). If this happens more frequently you should consider disabling the option to let Plex automatically empty its trash after every scan (Settings > [Server Name] > Library > Empty trash automatically after every scan). This way, at least your library items remain in place until you have restored access to the files (incl. all your customizations)

Thanks so much for the prompt reply, the problem is I dont see any of my libraries at all suddenly and when I look in settings there is no server to click on

Had you used this server with a different Plex account?

No, its exactly the same account, just suddenly the libraries I had stopped working (initially they were still there but greyed out) but now I dont see them at all
