Cant find my library anymore

Hi,

I am having issues finding my own libraries. Feels like I have tried everything with uninstalling and re-installing everything. Earlier I could see my own “folders” like Movies,TV-shows etc, but now when I do a sidebar reset I can only see my freinds shared files.

Even when I am in the settings section I cant see “Library” on the side anymore.

Your account shows two servers one which has not been seen for 14 days and another that has not been seen for 6 days. So there is likely some network issue. You may just need to restart them.

Yeah I bought a new computer about 14 days ago so that is probably the reason why you can see 2 servers.

The new one, how do I restart it? I feel like I have done everything I can but cant find where to restart it.
Or if that help, if I just remove the old server, but how do I do that? Dolnt have my old computer anymore.

if you are on Windows the server icon should show in the task tray on bottom right (assuming it is running) Right click on it and choose Exit like any app. Then start it up again from program files

I have done that multiple times, even uninstalled and re-installed it but it doesnt help.

Also see attached pic of my settings, my Library doesnt even show there.

Does it do the same via app.plex.tv and the local IP?

Yes, same issue with both versions. I have tried app.plex.tv and also the links I could find on your troubleshooting site.

Yes I can see the servers there (just removed the old one now)

Sorry but I have to ask. Are you sure the server is actually running? Does it show up in the task tray? Are you running it as admin or as a service?

Can you get the server logs from appdata

No worries, it is on (see below)

Not sure how to send the logs though. I cant see the “manage” folder after Settings and tried to take them manually but I cant att the rar file here.

I think you need to use zip instead of rar unless it is just a large file in which case would need to put it on Drop Box or similar and share a link

It works now, I rebooted the computer, which must have helped after I did something because now I can see my libraries and also see all the settings again.
