Help Please! - I can't seem to figure this one out

I am not able to access http://IPserver:32400/web. I get the This page isn’t working right now response. I have read through most of the suggestions mostly to the point of sending log files and even browsed through the files trying to look for something obvious to research. My amateur opinion is it has something to do with the router and some conflict with the 32400 port but I can’t find it or any reference to anyone else having this problem.

Thanks in advance for any help.

If you’re still on DSM 6 (fingers crossed)

This will help you get the log files manually.

If you’ll get and post them, we can look further and see what is going on.

Thanks for the quick response, here they are (File removed)

Thanks Chuck, great information. I think I tracked down the redundant ethernet and went through the steps above. Still no luck. Also, I am new to Plex if there is a general uninstall, reinstall, that would be fine with me.(File removed)

Have you restarted DSM & Plex since you found the redundant ethernet?

Your logs (just posted) still show ETH0 and ETH1 at the same address.

This is bad.

Dec 27, 2020 19:04:41.822 [0x7fec14e50780] DEBUG - * 8 ovs_eth0 (10.0.4.2) (loopback: 0)

At minimum, while still not desired, make them 10.0.4.2 and 10.0.4.3 and set ETH0 as the Default Gateway

I think there were some later logs or i grabbed the wrong one. This should show it’s fixed, I hope. Thanks again for all the help.(File removed)

This set of logs is showing me Plex bouncing all over the place because of the adapter changes. Let’s get it stable?

would you please restart DSM,
Let Plex sit for 4 minutes after you sing into DSM

After that time, just download the logs and attach here (I want PMS to pull the logs).

If not, Stop plex first then make another ZIP file (so the buffer is flushed to disk)

(File removed) I hope this helps. Thank you again for your patience.

thanks… that is looking better but we’re still not getting to what we need to see.

These logs show it going through a bunch of media and still ingesting it.

Would it be possible to wait until everything has settled (CPU is idle)
then recreate / capture for me and grab those logs?

It looks dormant to me. (File removed) Thanks again

It’s still scanning media. These particular files generate a huge amount of output

Pull open the Synology Resource Monitor.
Watch the CPU loading.

Just because the Plex/Web UI looks idle doesn't mean the CPU isn't doing scanning in the background (above)

Ok. It is only running 0.1 % of the CPU. I will let it run for a while

This is after it has been running most of the day.

Thanks Chuck. Not sure how to PM you. Let me know if we can talk.
