Help Please - Plex Media Server Not Showing Up from Oculus Go Plex App?

Here is my situation…
(1) Running Plex Media Server (v1.14.1.5488) on Windows machine…
(2) Multiple devices (Rokus, Computers, Phones, Tablets) all connected to Plex and are all working fine…
(3) Just got an Oculus Go, downloaded Plex App and can get into app and am logged into my account (Plex Pass Member)…
(4) My Oculus Go is connected via WiFi to my Home Network (same network Plex Media Server is on)…
(5) In my Plex Media Server home page, on list of Authorized Devices the Oculus Go is showing up correctly (it is seen by Plex Media Server)
(6) On the Oculus Go it can see movie files I side-loaded from my PC to Oculus Go…
(7) PROBLEM >> In the Oculus Go App my Plex Media Server movie library does NOT show up, and there is no Settings option anywhere to connect to Server… (again, the movie library is showing up fine on other devices)…

Brief research online shows many folks using Plex App on Oculus Go without any issue connecting to their movie library. Am wondering if I am doing something wrong??

Any ideas would be welcome! Thanks!!

I am having the same issue. I can’t see my server in the plex app. At best I can get it to where it says offline after changing the security settings, but that doesn’t fix it. I am able to see a friends plex just fine though. When I am connected locally via WiFi, under the oculus library / sources. I can see plex and access my shows this way, but it doesn’t have any of the metadata or display that plex has. I haven’t found a work around. I’ve tried signing in and out / re install. I have 2 different WiFi’s, tried both without luck. Nothing seems to work. But every other device in my house can connect to my server without issue

Cannot offer an answer but trying to solve. I have exactly the same issue.

Having the same problems. I can see side loaded movies and select them with touchpad, but even they do not play. Also plex vr app goes completely blank sometimes and none of the buttons or trigger seem to do anything. I believe it crashed.
