Plex Library for my movies and tv shows that i have on computer are not showing up on the Plex apps

My Plex app on my Roku device and Chromebook will not show my person Library for my Movies and Tv Shows. The are up on the main laptop and are able to play there, but on the Plex App it has that triangle for my Movies and TV shows. Is there an issue with others? Please respond and help.

Actually you can scratch my issue I had. Somehow my firewall got turned on. Problem solved.
