Hi dont know if anyone is currently having the same issue as me but it’s infuriating. So all my files are visible on any of my Plex devices but nothing plays. It was working fine up until a few days ago but now nothing. I’ve tried updates signing in an out. Multiple devices but nothing. Any ideas?
Also doesn’t help you can’t seem to talk to Plex directly
Would you mind sharing some more details about your situation, e.g.:
- What version of Plex Media Server do you have installed and on what platform?
- On what devices is do you see that behavior (platforms, platform version, Plex version)? – while you might see that on multiple platforms, it could still be limited)
- What kind of media are you trying to play (e.g. music, videos, some online media sources…)?
