Help Removing Corrupted Database on WD MyCloud PR2100

I’ve confirmed, by watching the console when scanning, that my Plex database is corrupted, and I can no longer add new media.

Can anyone here provide any pointers on how to access the plex system files on the PR2100? I’ve found the support docs telling me what files need to go, but I’ve no idea how to get to them :0 I’m used to just using the MyCloud admin interface, and have no experience of Unix since 1990’s and zero Linux.

If anyone can provide baby steps I’d really, really appreciate it!
