It appears I have a corrupted database. Where can I access this to delete it and start a new server? My server is on WD PR2100 NAS. Cant seem to find it. Any help appreciated. Thanks
I don’t have a WD to confirm, but per the Plex docs:
Where is the Plex Media Server data directory located?
/mnt/HD/HD_a2/plex_conf/Plex Media Server/
The database file will be located at /Plug-in Support/Databases/com.plexapp.plugins.library.db inside the main Plex Media Server data directory.
I’m not the brightest bulb…would I get to it on a browser? I’m very confused how to find it from a plug in….sorry
No.
You will need to enable SSH (terminal) access on the NAS, then use Putty or a similar application to login and navigate to the folder.
How to enable SSH: Please select the product for instructions on how to enable Secure Shell | WD Support

PuTTY website: https://www.putty.org/ You just need PuTTY, not the Bitvise stuff.
If you’re on a Mac, use the built in Terminal: Connect to Linux from Mac OS X by using Terminal
