Help setting up dvr tuner

I recently purchased my plex pass and added the mentioned tuner. Unfortunately I tried adding my zip code (00926) and nothing happens. I am unable to press the continue button. I also can press enter and a screen says “We’re finding the best guide for your channels and location” but nothing happens the percent says 0. Looking at the troubleshooting topics I see Puerto Rico is listed
