DVR Setup Stuck at 0% getting guide after zipcode entry

Server Version#: 1.18.8.2527 (running on Synology 918+)
Player Version#: N/A
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun CONNECT Quatro
Guide/Lineup name: N/A
Using XMLTV?: No
Channel number/Name: N/A

I just got an HDHomerun CONNECT Quatro set up at home. Works perfectly with their app. I wanted to set up on my plex. I’m set up for antenna / United States. As soon as I select language (English) and my zipcode (01503) and hit continue it just gets stuck at 0%… Nothing really pops out as wrong in a quick log review. I try to hit “https://epg.provider.plex.tv/lineups?country=US&postalCode=01503&X-Plex-Token=[temp token i got from xml for media item]” on a browser window and end up getting:
“” but i have PlexPass so I should have the feature.

I did check the plex status pages and every service seems “green”

Any suggestions to try?

I am having the same problem. I have the HDHomeRun. Just deleted my DVR and now when I try to re-add it, the DVR Setup is stuck at 0% for the Guide.

I too cannot get my DVR service to work again. I enter my zipcode and get stuck on the next page which sits at 0%. Extremely frustrating. My HDHomerun Prime functions properly, just won’t work with Plex anymore for some reason

Try using Chrome if you’re not already. I couldn’t install DVR or watch live TV in Edge. When I did tried these things in Chrome it worked perfectly. Possibly something in the latest Plex update does not get along well with Edge.

Switching to Chrome fixed this problem for me also. Edge did not work.

I had tried Edge, Firefox, and Chrome back then… no luck…
What actually ended up working for me was to “temporarilly” give up on using the plex guide and using mc2xml to create an xmltv.xml and use that for a couple days. When that “expired” it seemed to give me a different set of “setup pages” that allowed me to go back to set up the plex guide and it’s been working fine since then circa March 30.
