*Help* Trailers is unavailable. Try again later.

Hi, was hoping someone could shed some light on my current situation. I've been stuck with this ALL DAY!

Context:

Have been running plexconnect for the past 6 months, has been amazing!

Recently reformatted PC and setup raid 0 SSDs.

Attempted to reinstall plexconnect and have had NO SUCCESS getting ATV3 to connect.

After installing everything following the instructions, when I attempt to connect ATV through Trailers I get the following message "Trailers is unavailable. Try again later."

I have tried MANY reinstalls and different versions to no success.

Log file here http://pastebin.com/JPAdDTq0

ATV Model 3 v6.2

DNS Server set 192.168.0.100

Local IP address 192.168.0.100

Plex installed on Win7 x64

PMS Version 0.9.11.7

PlexConnect version 0.4 (was using 0.5 but thought it was the issue).

Python version 2.7.8 x64 (tried 2.7.8 x32 and also 2.7.9 for both).

Hope that's enough info for someone to help.

Cheers!

You've created new certificates ?

Remove the old certificate from your aTV and add the new one.

Thanks Bakman, I have generated new certs every time I've changed the PlexConnect version. How do I remove certificates and add them on ATV?

on ATV I deleted the old profile that was under settings.

The log does not show anything trying to connect, are you sure the DNS setting is correct

Reboot aTV, then try hijacked App.

Hi guys, thanks for replies.

That's interesting that it's not trying to connect Rock Star - I am 100% sure the DNS is correct, I've setup DHCP for my plex machine. Are there other reasons it might not connect?

I've restarted heaps of times Wahlman, to no avail.

Also, since deleting what I thought was the aTV certificate on aTV itself (under settings>profile>appletv.com) I've not seen another profile return. Is this going to stuff things around?

>>I've setup DHCP for my plex machine

DHCP as in "dynamic ..." or IP reservation as in "make it static"?

>>I've not seen another profile return.

You got to install the profile/certificate on aTV. But that wouldn't change anything if we can't see any DNS requests...

All good guys, just bought a smart TV and it's connected to plex media server without needing aTV.

Cheers for your help.
