Trailers is unavailable

Just bought myself a new hard drive and struggling to get plex connect working. On my old hard drive it worked like a charm.

Your ATV model: Apple tv 3 (7.0.1)

The DNS server set on the ATV:  192.168.1.3

The local IP address of the device that PlexConnect is installed on: 192.168.1.3

The device and operating system (including version number) that PlexConnect is installed on: Windows 8.1

The device and operating system (including version number) that the Plex media server (PMS) is installed on: Windows 8.1

The Plex media server (PMS) version number you are running (do not put ‘latest'): 0.9.11.7

The local IP address of the device that the Plex media server is installed on: 192.168.1.3

The PlexConnect version number: Downloaded today

The contents of your 'Settings.cfg' file:

[PlexConnect]

enable_plexgdm = True

ip_pms = 192.168.178.10

port_pms = 32400

enable_dnsserver = True

port_dnsserver = 53

A detailed description of the issue (the clearer you can make this the better): When i click on trailers it says “trailers is unavailable. Try again later

Thanks

Have you rebooted your aTV after loading your certs? Did you follow this guide:

Wiki - Install Guide

Any antivirus, firewall, virtual machine software?

Do i need to add new certs? The apple tv was already set up.

I have restarted the apple tv.

I am using the same static ip address which i used before. Shall i change this to something else or not?

Thanks

I would generate/load new certs on the host and aTV then reboot the aTV to rule out the certs as being the issue.

Did you create new certs on your PlexConnect host?

If so... yes, you need the same certs on aTV.
