Help with plex media server on windows 10 cutting out

Server version - 1.16.5.1488
Player version - 4.2.2
PC specs - i5 4690k , 16gb ram and 250gb SSD
Internet speeds - 150mbps down and 30mbps up

Hi wondering if someone can offer a helping hand as to why my plex home media server always just disconnects/cuts off after 3 mins or so of play back. Have tried reinstalling plex , forwarding ports , letting through firewall and even finally reinstalled windows on said machine. Still same issue no matter what device i try or if its on local network or not.
I have attached some logs at the bottom i hope they can help someone diagnose the issue as I have not been unable to. Thank you

How much free space is left on drive C: ?

Did you buy the Android app for this phone?

Have you tested with other playback devices as well?
