Plex Media Server Constantly Disconnects

plex server 3.23.1:

My server is located on a Windows 10 Pro desktop. I’ve been running into an issue where my media server disconnected so I had to start the plex media server again. Everything worked fine for about a minute, then the plex media server shutdown. I essentially have to start my plex media server every 20 seconds or so and it won’t stay on.

I’ve tried to restore my PC back to earlier in the week before this issue started and I’m still getting the problem. I don’t know what else to do other than to try another restore point.
