I have plex on my tab phone and my tv. But on my tv when i login i have different name yet using same login info. Is there a way to fix it?
Also am i missing a way to rearrange favorite list?
It shows you added a “full name” to your account. I’m not sure where you are looking in the app but one may be showing your username and the other your full name. (it looks like you just made it your initials)
If you mean the Live TV favorites then you can only rearrange in the web app but that does carry over to other apps
If you mean the libraries in the sidebar to the left of each library is menu which has the reorder option.
On my tab i have my full bame and stuff . But when i out it in my tv it made me use a different username. Yet im logged in same account
“made you” ? I need to know what that username is to see what may be going on.
On tab and phone username papa7773. On the tv says thegam34. Plus favorites werent there i had to add them.
The one you are signed in here is a gmail account email.
Your other is the same but is a hotmail email that was used to create an account almost 4 years ago.
When I say “the same” i mean they both start with the same thing like johndoe@gmail.com and johndoe@hotmail.com
What exactly do you mean by “made you”. It looks when you say “my tv” you are using Roku TV and Roku remembers previous accounts you may have signed into apps with before and prefilled in the old account into sign in
When i log i to my tab my phone my ipad they all have same favorite line ups and usename. But when i log jn in roku tv same account it nade me make a different username and my favorites werent there.
And this is my 1st roku tv and its signed in with. My gmail jsut like.my tab. Yet somehow my tv isnt same as my tab phone and ipad
