My plex server works normally on a local network, however, when I try to access it over a mobile (4G) network, it does not find the server.
I do not have a Fixed IP, but my ISP provides me with an IP different from the real one that does the redirection. Staying:
Fixed IP: 170.xx.xxx.110.
Dynamic IP (Access): 170.xx.xxx.111.
And I do the redirection on the router from port 3020 to 32400, by browser I can access normally, but by mobile no, could someone help me?
I edited the IPs above. Don’t share your external IPs with the world
so both of these work? IP:3020/web and app.plex.tv

Acessando pelo navegador :3020 meu servidor entra normalmente, acessando pelo aplicativo não vai.
afaik the manual IPs will only work if secure connections is disabled on your server and the android app set to allow insecure connections
