Help with Tv Episodes not showing Thumbnails

Player Version#: 4.100.1

I have a collection of Tv episodes for the Big Bang Theory and each episode has the same image as the cover art for the seasons series if that makes sense. before it used to show a screenshot from that episode on the screen with all the other episodes .

my files are on a USB external SSD format is NTFS
I am on Mac OS Ventura 13
