Before you go further with Plex, keep this in mind:
They will have time for taking your money but not for answering your questions. There’s no a Plex support email address or phone number, just this forum on which they decide who to answer (I don’t know based on what criteria, maybe they just roll the dices). Here’s the answer i got from the billing department when i demanded support for a product i paid for:
