Movie Library is sorted by Title but after creating a collecion & enabling the option to “Hiding items which are in collection” under advanced doesnt help. The collection shows correctly with the movies but the main library also shows the movies individually. Kindly advise.
Smart collections behave differently from “regular” collections.
While you can also configure if they should show inline in your library, they won’t hide their items.
This was addressed at some point when this feature was released about 1 month ago. From what I remember, Plex mentioned they intend to adjust the wording (also in the advanced configuration of the smart collections themselves).

I have changed to manual collections & these behave as intented.
