In the past, when Direct Streaming the video and only transcoding the audio stream the CPU wasn’t even barely touched (as expected).
But recently the CPU load (by Plex) lies at or above 30%. For an audio transcode.
Anybody else seeing that?
That doesn’t seem right.
Do you need anything to troubleshoot that?
As pointed out over in another thread the high load in fact comes from subtitle Text to Text transcoding
