Hisense 65U8QF - Plex app disappeared

In Aug 21 I bought a new Hisense TV in South Africa
Model: 65U8QF
S/N: 3TE65F20434T01C1J280131
Latest upgrade: V0000.01.00C.L1002

In Oct the Plex app disappeared after an update. 10 days later it reappeared by itself after another update.
Now in November it disappeared again and it is still missing. The Hisense technician have tried everything from a hard reset to factory reset with no success

Plex is working with Hisense on the problem, but have to wait on Hisense to push out updates to fully resolve things.

Last night my PLEX app reappeared on my TV but it does not allow me to sign in. The sign in tab seems not to be activated and I get a message.
I get the message plex is not reachable.
I have tried all the steps mentioned on the internet for this message and still cannot get it to work.
The TV was upgraded to V0000.01.00C.L1002
Plex for VIDAA 3.13.14
Can you please assist
