Hisense A6GT Plex App not pulling Movie/TV show poster images through

I have recently purchased a Hisense A6GT (UK) but I’m experiencing a small issues with PLEX in where the poster thumbnails (sorry not sure what to call them) for each movie or TV Show are not displayed in any of the home tabs.

All movies and TV Shows play perfectly. I’m just missing the thumbnails.

I would appreciate a little help on this matter. Apologies if this topic has been posted previously. I did look but I could not find anything.

I have found my solution.

In the PLEX ‘advanced settings’ changing the ‘allowed insecure connections’ to ‘never’ solved this.
