Still problem exist and to open home page through any browser I have to use a vpn.

I have the exact same issue and have tried the same clearing tasks. This only happens via the WebUI and the Home screen works fine on my Firesticks and the phone app. I am running Version 4.123.2. Can we get weigh in from a Plex support person?

This should be fixed already if using app.plex.tv and the local bundled one should be fixed in the beta that was released today.
