Home screen will no longer load after trying to edit the Home screen settings.
Which URL are you using? If not https://app.plex.tv/desktop, try that and see if it helps.

It works fine with https://app.plex.tv/desktop. However, I would prefer to use my local connection. And this doesn’t solve the issue as to why it is happening. It’s just a work around.
How do you fix the issue at hand?
Since it’s working in the hosted version it may be a bug that has since been fixed; if so, that fix will be included at some point in the web client that is bundled with PMS (the locally hosted version).
Using the hosted version doesn’t mean you’re streaming remotely or anything; it’s just a way of getting the most up to date version of the web client.
Try a hard refresh of your browser.
Thusly:
Windows/Linux:
- Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
- Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Clearing the cache for the page in Firefox fixes the issue. However, if I choose to Manually edit the Home Screen again I get the same results. I am unable to edit the Home Screen. Constantly just goes to a spinning wheel.
