I have a problem with the images of movies and series not appearing and all that… only the loading wheel on the main screen on the main server
Is it only the web app is browser that does this. are you access it via IP address or https://app.plex.tv ? What version number is your server?

Just so I understand. If you click on one of the libraries on the left do they load? Does the home screen load in other Plex apps like on your phone or TV?
It seems to be processing something in the activity menu on the top right. What is it doing?
The problem is only in the main server and the interface… only the download wheel is spinning. I don’t know the latest additions you have made.. Use Google Chrome
I have a big problem with my Android apps.. nothing from the add-ons appears at all, so I went back to the old versions.
I mean are you accessing is via the IP address in chrome or are you using https://app.plex.tv
is is possible to get your server logs?
Can i ask what URL you are using to access the web app in chrome. what does it say in the browser location bar.
Unfortunately I did not see anything obviously wrong in your logs. Can you try resetting the web app by.
Go to settings
- Hit “SHow Advanced” so it changes to “Hide Advanced”
- Go to Debug setttings
- hit the red “Restore Defaults” button
This will only reset the web app. You will need to repin the libraries to the left sidebar but it will not affect your server settings.
